Over the years, we've been lucky enough to experience the rich, bold flavors of Mexican cuisine through travels, family traditions, and countless shared meals with friends. From local taquerías to experimenting in our own kitchens, we quickly realized that food was more than just a meal—it was a way to connect, celebrate, and bring people together. This passion for authentic, flavorful dishes is what brought us together and ultimately inspired us to open The Taco Company.
